OCC's 5 AI Principles.

The Five Rules for Joining the Future of Claims Automation.

1. Precision Over Guesswork.

Every claim must be driven by real data, not manual opinion. OCC’s platform runs on its own Small Language Model Carousel Database a private engine trained from hundreds of thousands of real claim outcomes, compliance patterns, and predictive markers. LLMs do not have access to this intelligence. OCCAI uses no wrappers, ever. Partners must respect and rely on this precision.

2. Zero Exploitation, Zero Abuse.

OCCAI only partners with firms that treat consumers and providers fairly. No coercion, no gaming, no manufactured claims.
Our SLM carousel acts as a truth filter, detecting anomalies and misuse. If a firm's intent is unethical or aggressive, they do not get a licence.

3. Automation First, Paperwork Last.

OCC partners must embrace automation as the default state. The platform’s automated ESP, EPR, EBR, workflows, and evidence assembly exist to replace friction, not replicate old habits. Firms resisting automation, still operating 2010 style processes, or expecting OCCAI to behave like a generic LLM are not suitable.

4. Scale Responsibly.

The OCC AI engines are capable of processing massive claim volumes confidently because they are powered by our carousel of private datasets, real outcomes, and compliance structures. Partners must use this scale ethically, securely, and with control.
If a business cannot manage responsible growth, they are not OCC ready.

5. Integrity by Design.

The OCC licence is only for firms who will use the platform lawfully, transparently, and honestly. Misrepresenting outcomes, inflating EPRs, bypassing workflows, or attempting to misuse automation will result in removal. OCC AI protects its data moat and expects partners to protect the platform with the same discipline.
